Returns, Refunds, Warranty and Add-ons Policy.



For this reason we cannot offer refunds for your custom orders.

This is a non-refundable custom order.

Guaranteed Turnaround Time Explained In details:

From the date you give the above Approval to our Sample Paper Prints, the “Guaranteed Turnaround time starts  based on the following options:

Standard:  Receive your tracking number in #14 business days - Guaranteed in 21 days

Rush          : Receive your tracking number in #10 business days - Guaranteed in 17 days

Priority     : Receive your tracking number in #5 business days - Guaranteed in 12 days

The day your order is shipped a Tracking # is sent to you on your Order Platform Login / registered email address and the Guarantee is deemed to be fulfilled.

By paying for this order, you are agreeing to our No Refund & No Returns policy.

We encourage our clients to order a custom sample of their designed uniform to inspect the overall look and that it is to their expectation. Colors as seen on an electronic device screen may differ as in an actual product, hence we cannot guarantee the colors to come out exactly the same as it appears on a screen, however Once an order has been confirmed and placed without a custom sample, SpotOn Apparel is not liable for any dissatisfaction that the customer might experience or portray.



Here's why we do not offer refunds on custom orders:


Sizing

Our sizing charts can be found Here. Our products are made to the measurements on our sizing charts with a tolerance of +/-10%. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that were ordered in the wrong size. Unless you paid for a sizing kit or received a custom sample - you cannot base sizing off of our free samples we send out.


Colors

The colors on your uniforms and apparel is selected by using the Pantone color code selected in your designs or the closest Pantone color code based on the designs. Pantone colors are always displayed on your artwork. If you require any specific color codes, those must be provided to us. Every color will print a differently on the fabric after printing depending on the GSM, weight and type. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for color issues for shades of color. Only obvious mistakes in color (i.e. Navy instead of Sky Blue) will be eligible for refunds.


Designs & Graphics

The designs we make for you are a general representation of the uniforms and apparel that you’re going to receive. We try our best to match exactly what you see in our designs, but we cannot guarantee it 100%. Things such as placement, sizes of logos and numbers, graphics, outlines and other design specifications must be noted in writing and confirmed in the design template in order for us to reproduce it correctly. For this reason, we do not offer refunds for design issues.


Turnaround Time and Associated Guarantees offered :

SpotOn Apparel is not liable for shipping time. Generally, shipping time is only 5-6 days, but delays with Fedex, DHL and UPS do happen. Depending on the order size, type of apparel, current production demand and other specifications, there might be factors that make our turnaround time longer for your order.

For orders where SpotOn Apparel has failed to provide the tracking # as per the Guaranteed Turnaround time SpotOn Apparel will Refund as follows:


SpotOn Apparel reserves the right to withdraw its offers for RUSH or Priority Production options due to whatever reasons, however in case such an offer is withdrawn after You have paid the Rush / Priority fees than we shall refund the fees as paid by you to avail that facility. 


Cancelled Orders

An order is started as soon as a payment is made unless. If an order is asked to be cancelled there will be a cancellation fee which is enforced to recoup our expenses (printing, fabrics, designs, labor, etc). Below is our sunk-cost fee structure based on time that has passed after a payment has been made by the customer against that order:

1-2 days = 25%.  3-5 days = 30%. 4-7 days = 50%. 5-7 days = 50%, 8+ days = 100%.


Return Policy

Any problems with items that may qualify for a redo or credit must be reported within 7 days of being received. This includes issues regarding design, misspelled names, missing items, or items with rips or tears. If there is an issue, we need to be notified right away to take care of it. Act fast!

Visual evidence of errant apparel must be provided for all issues that you may have. Replacement items normally take 15 business days to be received after the issue has been investigated and redo order has been placed.


Warranty

SpotOn Apparel has a guaranteed warranty of 30 days for all custom Products, uniforms and apparel upon delivery. This means if your item rips or has defects, we can replace it free of charge if proper documentation including photos is sent to us. After 30 days, we are no longer liable for any damage or issues on your apparel.


Policy for Addons

An Add ons  order may not necessarily be available at the same price at which the original order was billed.

Usually an Add On Order will be treated as a new order and will be subjected to the same timeline options available to the client.


Policy for Rush Orders

 The Rush Production (Track# in Maximum 14 days) fees is $ 150 or 20% of the order value whichever is higher.

The Priority Production (Track# in Maximum 08 days.) fees is $ 450 or 20% of the order value whichever is higher.


Policy for White-Labeling (Logo Removal / Custom Branded)

Minimum white label fee is $350 or 25%, which ever is higher. We can remove our SpotOn Apparel logo and Tagline completely from all products and leave blank or replace with custom branded logo of yours.

 


DUTIES & TAXES

SpotOn Apparel ships worldwide and many countries have imposed duty fees/taxes that will be invoiced before or after your products are delivered. These duty fees are a responsibility of the client to pay - not on Spot On Apparel. We primarily ship with FedEx, UPS and DHL. To read up on their policies please visit their official websites.

You are bound to enter your personal details like name, address, contact number, and email when registering to buy from our range of products. We keep your information safe with us and under no situation we will share, sell, distribute, or lease to any third party. We do a thorough research with the help of the information you provide and with the analysis of your tracking behavior. We use this information to create a research report on the demographics, interest, and aspirations of our customers. This makes us automatically extract your browser information and IP address but under no circumstances we share the same with anyone. We use all your personal information, demographics, and other essential profile data only to send you the product you request, to market you our services, inform you about our services, and customize your website experience. Hence, your personal information stays restricted for our personal use and that too just to give you a user-friendly experience. There may be web beacons and tracking links that stay invisible on our web pages but are important to track customer response. If in case you reject ‘Cookies’ you will opt yourself out from this analysis and if not we will use the same for our own personal use.
